Pup Up Hooray Offers Superior Daycare To Pets And Owners
Pets are an important part of the family. Pup Up Hooray is the place that pets are excited to go to for daycare instead of being cooped up at home while owners are at work. Owners are happy that their pets will get exercise and socialization while they are at work. When they bring their pet to daycare, owners do not feel pressure or guilt to have to provide their pets with such excercise after a long day at work, followed by having to tend to competing obligations of caring for the family and for the home – instead, owners know that they will spend quality time with the pets when they come home.
Daycare is not a commodity service. Families do not seek simply adequate daycare when the welfare of their children and pets is involved, they really want superior daycare that sets their mind at ease while they are at work. When you leave your pet with a care provider, you expect them to treat your pet with the same respect and dignity as you would expect from care providers for other members of your family. Owners feel guilty enough leaving kids and pets with care providers, so they want to feel that the provider actually cares about and likes their pet.
Our Philosophy
Our dog- AND owner-centered philosophy extends beyond daycare to boarding, training, and grooming.
For our daycare program, we offer a stimulating atmosphere and activities to our pet guests. We balance dogs’ active and inactive periods so that they get exercise during their stay, but they are not overly stimulated all day.
For boarding, we do offer a variety of solutions, depending on the dog(s). Our goal is to make our furry guests feel safe and comfortable. We have suites that range in size from 4’x6′ to 6’x10′, so we can accommodate dogs of all sizes, and even families of dogs. We do have a variety of crates as well for dogs who are crate-trained and who would be more comfortable sleeping in them.
We are big on setting owners’ minds at ease. We like our staff to be observant and to know each dog individually in order to know if they are happy, sad, or not feeling well. We also make available live remotely-accessible high quality video streaming to customers.
Finally – we offer a variety on individual and group training classes for dogs and their owner, and we offer a large menu of grooming services.

Our Leadership
Pup Up Hooray is managed by Lannette Atiyeh and Andy Atiyeh. The Atiyehs are long-term residents of the area, and have lived in Foothill Ranch since 1992. The Atiyehs’ children grew up in this community went to Foothill Ranch Elementary all the way to Trabuco Hills High School. The Atiyehs have been active in the community over the years. The Atiyehs are animal lovers and, because of the demand in the surrounding communities for quality options pet owners, decided to open a pet daycare and boarding facility in their community. Since dog care is a very local business, so our clients are our neighbors and friends, and we treat the pups as we would our own. Finally, we endeavor to be involved in our community, whether it be offering volunteer opportunities to the local high schools, or giving frontline workers free care during the COVID pandemic, or offering free care for those evacuated by the fires that hit our community.
