Please be advised that all sales are final, and that Pup Up Hooray does not offer any money-back guarantees, and we do not provide cash refunds for any purchase under any circumstance. Instead, customers would receive a credit for the service that they paid for, good for 12 months from the date of purchase.  If, as an exception, we do decide to offer a cash refund, such a refund may not be issued immediately, and any days used will be charged against the package at the full rate for that service, and deducted from the package before a refund is issued.   Any boarding nights used will be charged at single night rate, and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
